Tremors were reported in Barkhan district, Balochistan, early on Tuesday, just hours after Karachi was shaken by an earthquake.
At this stage, there have been no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
The earthquake, with magnitude 3.9, struck at a depth of 12 kilometres, according to the US Geological Survey. The epicentre was located 59 kilometres northwest of Barkhan.
Authorities are monitoring the situation, though no significant effects have been noted as of now.
Earlier, a moderate earthquake with a magnitude of 4.7 struck parts of Karachi and its surrounding areas on Monday afternoon, according to a statement from the Met Office.
According to the Earthquake Monitoring Center, the earthquake registered a magnitude of 4.7 on the Richter scale, with a depth of 19 kilometers. The epicenter of the earthquake was reported to be 75 kilometers north of Karachi.
The tremors were felt at 4:11 PM, with many residents taking to social media to share their experiences. However, there have been no immediate reports of damage or casualties from the earthquake.
