Tokyo, May 20, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–FPT Software has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with JAL Information Technology (JIT), a subsidiary of JAL Infotech, an aviation technology solutions and service provider under Japan Airlines. Through this partnership, both companies will cooperate in the development of IT systems in the aviation and non-aviation fields, as well as exchange personnel with the aim of improving technological capabilities and expanding business areas. Additionally, the two companies will leverage AI, IoT, and the cloud to create new value through the IT solutions they provide to customers.

FPT Software plans to bring together resources from Japan and its global markets to form a dedicated team dedicated to providing high-quality digital services and solutions for JIT. The two companies aim to create new service value, reduce costs, and reduce lead times in JAL Infotech and JIT’s non-aviation business activities.
