FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — A murder investigation is underway after the body of an employee was found behind a Framingham store Saturday night, the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office announced Sunday.

According to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, Framingham Police responded to a business on Worcester Road around 10 p.m. after a man’s body was found in a dumpster behind a building.

Authorities say the victim, who is approximately 30 years old, was working at the store last night. His identity has not been determined, but prosecutors said the man had obvious injuries to his body.

Anyone with information about the crime or who saw anything unusual near 1 Wooster Road Saturday night is asked to call Framingham Police at 508-532-5923.

“This case has been referred to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death,” the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office said in a statement. “This investigation is being conducted by detectives from the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, the Massachusetts State Police District Attorney’s Office, and the Framingham Police Department.”

According to Google Maps, the store at 1 Worcester Road is Olive Garden restaurant.
