If you expected more clouds, you would be right. In the first half of the morning, many clouds cover the sky. A slight warming trend is expected to begin, with temperatures approaching seasonal averages in most regions. High temperatures are expected to be in the 60s to 70s near the coast and in the low 70s to low 80s inland. It will be close to 90 degrees in the California Valley! Winds will pick up tonight, encouraging cloud development. Which means…you guessed it…more clouds!
More fog and drizzle will develop Friday morning. High pressure dominates Southern California, which could lead to clear skies by the evening. It will be partly or mostly sunny in some areas, but not sunny at other beaches. The temperature changes by about 1 degree.
Starting Saturday and continuing through the weekend, clouds will appear each morning with some sunshine in the evening. The temperature will only change by about 1 degree over the next week. The only change in weather patterns in the near future appears to be through the second half of next week. A low pressure system could move into the area, causing cooler temperatures and strong winds.
