Woodcliff Lake-based Hudson Technologies recently acquired USA United Suppliers of America Inc., doing business as USA Refrigentz, for $20.7 million, with the possibility of receiving an additional earn-out payment of up to $2 million.
USA is a national refrigerant distributor and has been a major purchaser of recovered refrigerants for over 25 years.

With the addition of the USA team, Hudson creates a dedicated refrigerant procurement group focused on sourcing all types of refrigerants, from CFCs to HFCs to the latest generation products,” commented Brian Coleman, CEO and President of Hudson.
