The four independent MLAs are Pundri MLA Randhir Golan, Nilokheri MLA Dharmpal Gonder, Dadri MLA Sombir Singh Sangwan and Badshahpur MLA Rakesh Daultabad. After independent MLA Ranjit Chautala resigned from the 90-member Haryana assembly, the BJP has 41 MLAs out of 89 and Saini had won the trust vote after becoming chief minister.

Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav dismissed BJP leaders’ statements as signs of frustration, suggesting they’re aiming to deflect attention from real concerns.
