“On the one hand, you have the ‘Gamandya’ alliance in the name of India, and on the other hand, you have the democratic Bharatiya Janata Party, which enables ordinary family members to rise up and become leaders,” Nadda said here. He spoke to leaders from various communities.

The BJP coined the term “Gamandya” to poke fun at the opposition coalition that calls itself the Indian Bloc.

The BJP president is Farooq Abdullah-Omar Abdullah, Mufti Mohammad Syed-Mehbooba Mufti, Prakash Badal-Sukhbir Badal, Chautala family, Mulayam Akhilesh Dimple Yadav family, Lal Rabri Tejashwi Tej. Pratap Yadav family, Mamata Banerjee Abhishek, said. KCR-KTR-Kavita, Karunanidhi-Stalin-Udhayanidhi, Sharad Pawar-Supriya Sule, Uddhav Thackeray-Aditya Thackeray were all dynastic parties.

“Isn’t Sonia Rahul Priyanka family politics?” Nadda tried to find out.

He said most members of the Indian bloc, including Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain and Telangana MLC K Kavitha, are either on bail or in jail. He said he was being held in prison.

Emphasizing that eradicating corruption is the top priority of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he told the rally that Prime Minister Modi had said from the ramparts of the Red Fort that corruption is like stealing money from the poor. The Bharatiya Janata Party does not tolerate corruption and will take action.

He accused the Congress of failing to contain poverty and said former prime ministers like the late Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi had spoken about eradicating poverty. But it was the Bharatiya Janata Party government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi that lifted 25 billion Indians out of poverty, Nadda explained.

Citing information from the IMF, he said extreme poverty in the country was less than 1 percent and had reached that level in the past decade. It was done under the motto of ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikaas’ (development for all through cooperation of all) and the Prime Minister changed the political culture of the country.

“Today we have a politics of development, accountability, proactive response, active governance and report card politics. What was promised was given and more was delivered.Modi has changed politics. You can see the opposition’s frustration, anger and trying to distract from the core issues,” Nadda said.

On farmer welfare, he said that under Chief Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi, 5.3 million people in Karnataka and 1.5 million people in Dharwad were receiving farmer welfare. INR2,000 yen every 4 months.of INR250,000 crore will be directly deposited into farmers’ bank accounts under this initiative.

The BJP president also criticized the Congress party for waiving off 10-year farm loans, which excludes those who liquidate loans in good faith and benefit habitual defaulters.

On the economy, Nadda said all major economies are in trouble, “But if there is a silver lining in the midst of a gloomy economic scenario, it is India, as per the IMF report.” he said.

“When Mr. Modi came to power, India was ranked 11th, but now it is the fifth largest economy after the United Kingdom. If we elect Mr. Modi again, India will be in the 11th place. “We will become the third largest economy in two years.”

The BJP chief said India is poised to become a major manufacturing hub. Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center opens in Karnataka, becoming Boeing’s first large-scale facility outside the United States.

He said the largest helicopter manufacturing unit was being set up in Tumakuru, adding that new airports were being built in Mysuru, Shivamogga, Belagavi and Hubbali.

On the ruling Congress’ claim that Karnataka is not being given its due share in tax devolution, he said the federal government’s funding allocation to the state has increased four times and central subsidy has increased three times. said.

Nadda was here to campaign for Dharwad Lok Sabha BJP candidate Pralhad Joshi.

Lok Sabha polls in Karnataka will be held in two phases on April 26 and May 7.
