Inter Milan may cancel their planned pre-season tour of China following their change of ownership from Suning to Oaktree Capital.

This is according to today’s print edition of Milan newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport. FC Inter News.

Over the past few weeks, Inter have been solidifying their plans for the upcoming pre-season.

It’s set to be a busy summer with the majority of the Nerazzurri players taking part in international competitions.

The Serie A season will also start a little earlier to allow time for the Club World Cup at the end of next season.

In the meantime, Inter will be taking advantage of the summer for a pre-season tour.

Last summer, Inter visited Japan on their pre-season tour, playing friendlies against teams such as Paris Saint-Germain and Al Nasr.

The team was apparently scheduled to undertake a pre-season tour of China this summer.

But a change in ownership has thrown those plans into big doubt.

Inter Milan may call off pre-season tour of China under Oaktree ownership

Inter’s outgoing owners, Suning, are Chinese so it comes as no surprise that they would organise a pre-season tour of China.

Moreover, that is not the only reason why the Nerazzurri chose the country.

Naturally, the huge Chinese market is one where Intel is keen to gain brand exposure.

The anticipated friendlies between PSG and Atletico Madrid would certainly have given the club that chance.

But all of these plans were in place under the previous owner.

And the Gazzetta Oak They may decide to change their preseason plans.

But it’s unclear how U.S.-based funds plan to change that.

Gazzetta also reports that Inter’s pre-season training is likely to begin around July 10.

However, initially these players will not be taking part in the Euros or Copa America.
