YSRCP leader Jogi Ramesh expressed confidence of winning the elections and said party leaders would celebrate Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s second victory in the state on June 4.
Addressing the media at the YSRCP central office in Guntur on Tuesday, May 21, Ramesh said that TDP national leader N. Chandrababu Naidu had gone abroad to “keep his illegally accumulated wealth”. claimed to have gone. He said that Mr. Naidu, unlike Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy, had not disclosed details of his foreign visits.
“NDA leaders, including BJP state president D Purandeswari, Naidu and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan, made false allegations against officials appointed by the state government ahead of the elections. Based on their complaints, the Election Commission of India has transferred certain officials and now there is law and order in those areas,” he alleged.
He said despite “false cases being foisted on YSRCP leaders”, party cadres have been working hard to win the elections.
