Kangana slapped at airport
Kangana Ranaut is not only in the news for winning the 2024 Lok Sabha elections from Mandi constituency, but also for recently being slapped by a CISF officer, who was apparently upset over her stance on the farmers’ protests.
In a video message shared hours after the incident last week, Kangana had said that she was punched in the face and assaulted by a police officer during a security check at Chandigarh airport.
Another video circulating on social media shows an agitated police officer talking to people, apparently after the incident. “Kangana had (earlier) said that farmers are protesting in Delhi because their wages have not been paid,” he said. ₹100 or ₹200. My mother was one of the protesters at the time,” she says in the video.
