The Kansas City Chiefs canceled practice on Thursday after a player underwent a medical emergency, according to multiple reports. The reserve defensive lineman suffered a seizure and went into cardiac arrest, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.

The player was taken to a hospital by ambulance and is in stable condition, according to multiple reports. According to The Athletic, practice and media availability for the day have been postponed until Friday.
