Sacramento Kings forward Keegan Murray will travel to Las Vegas as a member of the 2024 U.S. Men’s National Team. Orlando Magic coach Jamal Mosley will coach the team and train with the U.S. Men’s National Team in preparation for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Murray, a 2023 All-Rookie First Team member and the all-time leading rookie in three-point shooting percentage, will be part of a group of 15 players who will train with the U.S. Men’s National Team from July 6-8. Keegan Murray will be competing against NBA superstars LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard and Jayson Tatum as they make their final preparations for the Olympics.
Murray is one of five returning players from the 2023 U.S. Men’s Select Team. Many of the Select Team players have played for the national team in the past. USA Basketball Men’s National Team Managing Director Grant Hill said the Select Team is a “pipeline for the national team going forward.” The Select Team will include three 2023-24 All-Rookie First Team members — Brandon Miller, Brandin Podziemski and Jayme Jaquez Jr. — and promising Duke freshman Cooper Flagg.
The full team is as follows:
