The Enforcement Directorate is likely to move the Delhi High Court on Friday against the Delhi LUTH court’s grant of bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor policy case. Judge Nyai Bindu, who is on leave, granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party president Kejriwal, who has been in judicial custody since March. Kejriwal was involved in a money laundering probe linked to the now-repealed excise policy and was detained by the investigating agency on March 21. The Supreme Court had granted Kejriwal interim bail for 21 days keeping in mind the May 10 Lok Sabha elections.
