Sunday will be the first time the Salvation Army of Omaha will open a DRC since the 2019 floods. The Disaster Relief Center, based at Bright Idea, will be open for those in need on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will be stocked with items such as water, nonperishable food, cleaning supplies, and personal care items. The Salvation Army said resources are available to anyone affected. However, you must present a valid ID.
