Lok Sabha Election Phase 5 LIVE Updates: A section of voters have boycotted voting in Sirathu’s Upper Primary School, Hisampur Madho of Kaushambi Lok Sabha constituency. Around 1700 voters are registered for voting in polling booth 315. Locals have put up banners outside the village and announced mass boycott of voting. Not a single polling took place in the center an hour after the polling started. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday slammed the opposition parties by likening the actions of the Samajwadi Party (SP) and the Congress with those of the demon king Ravana, and adding that Shri Ram Lalla has chosen to grant power to his devotee Prime Minister Narendra Modi and make him PM for a third consecutive term.
In a blistering attack on the opposition, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, “Ravana’s spirit lives on through the SP and Congress, whose actions mirror his own.”
