Voting for the fourth phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 13. Elections will be held in 96 parliamentary constituencies across 10 states and union territories.
Besides this, simultaneous voting will be held in 175 seats in Andhra Pradesh and 28 seats in Odisha in the fourth phase.

1. List of States/UTs to vote in Phase 4: Voting on Monday will take place in all 25 Lok Sabha constituencies in Andhra Pradesh, five in Bihar, one in Jammu and Kashmir, four each in Jharkhand and Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal. Eight constituencies in each state, 17 in Telangana, 11 in Maharashtra and 13 in Uttar Pradesh.
2. Voting timing: Voting begins at 7pm and ends at 6pm. However, voting closures may vary by district.
Meanwhile, in Telangana state, voting hours have been extended (from 7 am to 6 pm) in some assembly segments of 17 constituencies by the Election Commission to increase voter participation.

Number of candidates participating in Phase 4: As many as 1,717 candidates from 10 states and UTs will contest elections in the fourth phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, according to the Election Commission. “The average number of candidates within a PC in the fourth stage is 18,” the election commission added.

Number of electors participating in Phase 4: More than 17.7 million voters are eligible to vote in the fourth phase, including 8.97 billion male electors and 8.73 billion female electors. “There are over 12.49 million registered voters aged 85 and over, and over 19.99 million people with disabilities.”

5. Weather forecast during Phase 4 voting: According to the Election Commission, no heat wave is expected on election day.
