New Delhi: Among the star campaigners nominated by the party for the Lok Sabha polls in Uttar Pradesh are Congress Congress party president Sonia Gandhi, party president Mallikarjun Kharge, MP Rahul Gandhi, Including Priyanka Gandhi.

The list for the 7th election in Uttar Pradesh has been released.

Other prominent leaders on the list include Salman Khurshid, former chief minister Ashok Gehlot, Bhupesh Baghel and Congress Working Committee member Sachin Pilot.

The fifth phase of Lok Sabha elections will be held in Uttar Pradesh on May 20.

This time, Jhansi, Amethi, Raebareli, Lucknow, Kaiserganj, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Banda, Fatehpur, Kaushambi, Barabanki, Faizabad and Mohanlalganj will go to polls.

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi has “challenged” Prime Minister Narendra Modi to fight elections on issues such as unemployment, inflation and his own policies.

Addressing a rally in Amethi on Tuesday, Priyanka said, “I request the Prime Minister to fight elections on unemployment, inflation and policies. What have you done for the poor, workers and common people? I want you to tell the people once and for all,” he said. I don’t know because he hasn’t done anything. ”

There are 80 Sabah assembly seats in the state. As per the seat-sharing agreement, the Congress will contest 17 seats and the Samajwadi Party 63 seats.

The 2019 elections upended the SP-BSP Mahagathbandhan’s calculations in Uttar Pradesh, with the BJP and its ally Apna Dal (S) winning 64 of the 80 Lok Sabha seats. Alliance partners Akhilesh Yadav’s SP and Mayawati’s BSP could only collect 15 seats.

The final stage, the seventh general election, will be held on June 1st.

The next vote will be held on May 20th.

The first four rounds of voting took place on April 19th, April 26th, May 7th, and May 13th.

The general election will be held in seven stages over six weeks from April 19th to June 1st.

The tally and results will be announced on June 4th.
