Los Angeles – June 5, 2024: of Los Angeles Business Journal Appointed partner at Crowell & Moring Valerie M. Goo and Jenny Wang Foncannon The Los Angeles Women Attorneys have been named to the 2024 Influential Women Attorneys list, which recognizes Los Angeles women attorneys for their “exceptional legal skills and achievements in all areas of responsibility, exemplary leadership supported by the highest standards of professional ethics, and contributions to the Los Angeles community at large.”

Mr. Gu is the managing partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office and has over 20 years of experience as a litigator. He has litigated numerous cases in federal and state courts across the country in the areas of complex commercial litigation, trademark infringement, unfair competition, trade secrets, false advertising, and consumer class action litigation. Mr. Gu routinely litigates technology companies, including disputes over development and supply agreements.

VonCannon is a partner in Crowell’s White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement, Privacy and Cybersecurity groups, where she assists clients at risk in litigation, internal investigations, law enforcement and regulatory investigations and subpoenas, and cybersecurity and privacy incidents. She is both an AI Governance Professional (AIGP) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). Prior to joining Crowell, VonCannon served as a federal prosecutor for over 11 years, including as Deputy Section Chief of the Cyber ​​and Intellectual Property Crimes Section of the National Security Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Central California.
