My nose is kind of sad, and hers is kind of happy.” Greer spent more than $30,000 to get multiple plastic surgeries, including rhinoplasty, liposuction, and fat transfers to her buttocks and cheeks.

A woman named Tanya Liccardo, who lives in Texas, also told Yahoo in May 2019 that she wanted to perfect Markle’s look. She claimed that people had told her she looked like Markle and that she took the compliment seriously. “I’ve had a few face procedures, which enhance Markle’s look,” Liccardo told the outlet. While she didn’t get her trademark nose, she did spend about $42,000 on liposuction in her chin, lip fillers, fat transfers in her cheeks, and breast augmentation.
