Noelia Vogt has stepped down from the title of Miss USA 2023. She made her heartfelt announcement in a post to her Instagram on Monday, writing, “I strongly value the importance of making decisions that I feel are best for myself and my mental health. “I am doing so,” he said.

Vogt, a 24-year-old model and certified esthetician, has been vocal about mental health awareness in the past.
