NFIB launches national radio advertising campaign to thank small business deduction support

Recognizes 10 members of Congress who worked hard to prevent large tax increases on small and medium-sized businesses through radio ads

Washington DC (May 13, 2024) – National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB)), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, today announced the launch of a new paid advertising campaign across the country featuring targeted radio ads. This ad thanks certain members of Congress for supporting efforts to make the 20% small business deduction permanent. Main Street Tax Security Act.

“Small business owners want Congress to take action and make the 20% small business deduction permanent.” Jeff Brabant, NFIB Vice President for Federal Government Relations; “Main Street is at risk of massive tax increases when the small business exemption expires in 2025. Main Street Tax Security Act This should be a top priority for Congress, and we are encouraged that this important bipartisan bill has been introduced in both chambers. The radio ads aired in target markets and states and were targeted by Sens. Bill Cassidy (Louisiana), Tim Scott (South Carolina), Thom Tillis (North Carolina), and Chuck Grassley (North Carolina).
