North Texas tech company MOURI acquires Vertisystem to expand into gaming and hospitality » Dallas Innovates

MOURI Tech, an Irving-based global enterprise IT solutions provider, has acquired Vertisystem Inc., a California-based IT services company specializing in the gaming and hospitality industries.

MOURI said the acquisition is part of its strategy to enhance its service offerings and expand its foothold in the gaming and hospitality industry, and will enable MOURI to expand its presence in the US and India, strengthening its global distribution capabilities.

Anil Yelamreddy, CEO of MOURI Tech, said the company is “extremely pleased to welcome Vertisystem into the MOURI Tech family,” adding that the move will enhance its service offerings to customers.

“Through this acquisition, we aim to expand our market reach into key industry verticals including gaming and hospitality,” Yellumreddy said in a statement. “By joining forces, we will leverage our strengths to drive innovation and deliver value to customers.”

No financial details were provided.

Varti Systems CEO Rakesh Sadhwani said the acquisition was an opportunity.

“This acquisition by MOURI Tech means a lot to Vertisystem and our customers,” said Sadhwani. “The partnership with MOURI Tech is exciting and represents a great opportunity for Vertisystem to offer its customers a broader range of IT services and innovative solutions backed by MOURI Tech’s scalability, strong workforce and global presence. We are excited about the possibilities this partnership brings and are committed to ensuring a seamless integration for our customers and employees.”
