The report, submitted by Barrister Salman Safdar after a two-hour meeting at Adiala Jail, detailed Khan’s complaints of deteriorating vision, limited medical attention and prolonged solitary confinement. It also outlined his daily routine and the available facilities in custody.

Imran Khan told that approximately three to four months earlier, until October 2025, he had normal 6 x 6 vision in both eyes. He then began experiencing persistent blurred and hazy vision, which he repeatedly

pic.twitter.com/pqfct9RGBh

The material fact is that Imran Khan’s left eye was damaged during the time access to his lawyers & family was blocked by the regime. There was no way for Imran Khan to communicate about his health and receive proper treatment in time.
