According to ARY News, authorities have indicated that following court directions, the child’s grave will be opened for forensic examination through a post-mortem.

In another incident in Lahore’s Defence B area, a couple allegedly severely abused a 13-year-old domestic worker, forcing her to strip and physically torturing her.

Following a complaint by the victim’s mother, Taleem, police immediately registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the accused, Hussam, who has been detained in connection with the case and efforts to arrest his wife are reportedly ongoing.

According to the FIR, the victim, Tehreeam, was subjected to continuous physical abuse, including being stripped naked for alleged theft. The victim’s mother further alleged in the FIR that the abuse left her daughter with fractured hands and nose.

Following a medical examination, the victim was released into the custody of her mother. According to ARY News, Superintendent Kant assured that the accused would be brought to justice.
