Pakistan to host Test series between England and Bangladesh in 2024/2025 season

Pakistan will host Bangladesh, England and West Indies in Test series in the 2024-2025 season. The season will kick off in August and continue till January 2025. Earlier, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced the dates and schedule for the upcoming home season. Led by Babar Azam, Pakistan will kick off their home season by hosting Bangladesh in a two-Test series, one in Rawalpindi and the other in Karachi, from August 21 to September 3.

England will arrive in Pakistan after two Test matches against Bangladesh and will play three Test matches in Multan, Karachi and Rawalpindi from October 7-28.

Following the Test series against Bangladesh and England, Pakistan will tour Australia and Zimbabwe for limited-over matches. Australia will face Pakistan in a three-ODI and three-T20I series from November 4-18.

From November 24 to December 5, Pakistan will play Zimbabwe in three ODIs and three T20Is.

Pakistan’s tour of South Africa begins on December 10 with a 20-over series followed by two Test matches in Centurion and Cape Town from December 26 to January 7.

Pakistan will host West Indies for two Test matches. The first long-format match will be played in Karachi from January 16-20. Meanwhile, the second match will be played in Multan from January 24-28.

After the completion of the Test series against Bangladesh, England and West Indies, Pakistan will host New Zealand and South Africa in an ODI tri-series.

The first match will be played in Multan between Pakistan and New Zealand on February 8. The second and third will be played between New Zealand and South Africa and Pakistan and South Africa respectively. The final match will be played on February 14. All the matches will be played in Multan.
