I came to the studio to show you what happened. Randall. Vicki, anger control is an important skill, but not everyone can get over even a little bit of anger, and sometimes it leads to pulling a weapon. She threw a soda at my coworker. It started inside this convenience store at the intersection of First and Jefferson in downtown Louisville. Police say a female customer got into an argument with a female clerk. Another employee, Renata Frampton, who was not directly involved in the confrontation, describes how the altercation happened: A woman from Visionworks came into the store upset that her coworker had to scan her ID to buy tobacco products. The customer then left the store and, according to police, walked to this building, less than a block away. The clerk allegedly chased her, and during that exchange, a second confrontation occurred, and gunfire was heard in the lobby. The bullet missed and hit the wall. The convenience store employee then returned to her original workplace, and officers arrived. But so far, no arrests have been made. Frampton, who has worked there for seven years, says the place has seen a lot of violence. “I was bitten by a customer before. I had to get a tetanus shot, get checked out, and all that stuff. After she was done, I tried to pierce her,” a Louisville police spokesman told me. Detectives are still investigating whether either woman fired the gun again. No one has been arrested.
