The Monterey County Business Council announced it will open Small Business Development Centers in Monterey and San Benito Counties next month. The SBDC is headquartered in Salinas, with additional outreach centers scheduled to open in Monterey and Soledad Counties next month. An outreach center will also open soon in San Benito County, but the location and date have yet to be announced. These development centers in Monterey County will provide free business advisory services, training programs and resources for entrepreneurs, startups and small business owners. Grand opening information for each center follows: Salinas Headquarters – June 5th from 4-5:30pm – Capitol StreetMonterey Outreach Center – June 10th from 5-6:30pm – 353 Camino El Estero Soledad Outreach Center – June 28th from 4-5:30pm – 502 Front StreetThe Small Business Development Center will join other programs supporting business growth within the Monterey County Business Council, including the Monterey Bay APEX Accelerator, Building Business Back and Leadership Monterey County.For more information or to RSVP for the grand opening event, click here.
