Tech Mahindra collaborated with IBM to accelerate the adoption of generative AI (GenAI) models for enterprises by providing frameworks, consulting, and architecture.
IBM said the partnership will combine Tech Mahindra’s TechM amplifAI suite with its watsonx AI and data platform to create new GenAI and governance capabilities.
Kate Woolley, GM of IBM Ecosystems, said the partnership with Tech Mahindra is expected to expand the scope of Watsonx to use cases such as “code modernization, digital labor and customer service.” He said it would be done.
The companies noted that customers will also benefit from Tech Mahindra’s “AI consulting and engineering skills” for GenAI services.
Tech Mahindra says AI applications will enable companies to “access trusted data and automate processes” and “build AI models that customers can trust, increasing explainability and reducing risk and bias.” “We can provide a foundation for this.”
“It also has the potential to facilitate scalable adoption of AI across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.”
Tech Mahindra already has a virtual watsonx Center of Excellence with a dedicated team “dedicated to optimizing synergies between both organizations.”
Services developed at the center could help companies achieve their goals of “building machine learning models using open source frameworks” and “scaling and accelerating the impact of GenAI.” they explained.
