Texas Tech University Athletics Celebrates Graduation of 45 Student-Athletes

LUBBOCK, Texas — Texas Tech Athletics had 45 student-athletes earn bachelor’s or master’s degrees during a graduation ceremony this weekend at United Supermarket Arena.

Every athletic program at Texas Tech University had at least one graduate this weekend, with the track and field program and football program leading the way, with 17 and 15 student-athletes receiving degrees, respectively, according to a press release.

baseball: Derek Bridges (Graduate Certificate), Max Hafling (Graduate Certificate), Jack Washburn (University Graduate).

football: Brady Boyd (University Research), Tony Bradford Jr. (Master of Public Administration), Jordan Brown (Kinematics), Reese Burkhardt (University Research), Loic Fouonji (Information Technology), Gino Garcia (University Research), Drew Hocutt (Management) (Science), Matt Keeler (Management), Quincy Ledet Jr. (University Studies), Trent Law (Finance), Bralynn Lux (University Studies), Eric Monroe (Master’s Degree), Joseph Plank (Sports Management) , Haydon Wigginton (Sports Management), Robert Wooten (University Research)

Men’s golf: Vicente Marziglio (University Research), Jack Wall (University Research).

Women’s golf: Gala Demes (general studies).

soccer: Elise Anderson (Human Sciences), Alex Carr (Master of Mass Communication).

soft ball: Alanna Barraza (Marketing & Management), Jacee Hamlin (Kinesiology), Riley Love (Kinesiology), Chasety Raines (Master’s in Wildlife Aquatic Wildland Science Management).

Men’s tennis: Reed Collier (University Research).

Men’s track and field: Alfred Chawonza (Finance), Carson Dittel (Graduate Certificate), Jalen Drayden (Graduate Certificate), Timothy Gregg (Creative Media Industries), Jack Marshall (Master of Finance), Jacob Mechler (Accounting and Finance), Daniel Omah (Kinematics) ), Bradley Peralta Mendez (Kinematics), Edward Rush (Management), Paul Sherrill (Kinematics), Jayden Tumare (Computer Science), and Connor Wood (Civil Engineering).
