The 7 most wearable summer trends

I’m not one to plan what trends I’m going to buy at the beginning of each season, I like to wait and see if a trend will stick. Nothing frustrates me more than investing in a trend only to have it disappear after a few months. I like trends that last for a few seasons, and I’m pretty good at predicting what they’ll be. So, as you scroll through this roundup, you’ll see why some of these summer trends aren’t brand new.

I can’t say for sure, but my summer shopping is almost over for this year. But if I were to buy anything else, it would probably be one of these seven trends, even though my wardrobe is already full of them. Full skirt

Say goodbye to mini skirts! Midi skirts are my new favorite this season. This trend is perfect for summer because they’re breathable and incredibly comfortable. I’ve already bought over five of them this year.

Longline vest

I started wearing longline vests in Spring 2023 and currently have more than I need, but they’re so flattering and versatile that I don’t see myself stopping using them anytime soon.

Pale yellow

Pale yellow is the cleanest, freshest color trend of the season and I plan to wear it through fall. I just added a buttery handbag to my wardrobe and plan on pairing it with everything.

flip flops

It actually took me a while to get back into flip flops, but now I’m in love with them. I just ordered two pairs (yes, two pairs) of jelly flip flops and plan to mix and match them with fancier pieces, just like Anouk Yve did here.

Linen pull-on pants

I’m on the hunt for some linen pull-on pants this season because it’s too hot to wear jeans, and I’ve never worn more comfortable pants in my life.
