USA Today joins leading newspapers such as the Washington Post and Los Angeles Times in announcing that it has chosen not to endorse a candidate in the 2024 presidential election.

“While USA TODAY does not endorse presidential candidates, local editors of publications across the USA TODAY network have the discretion to endorse at the state or local level,” USA TODAY spokesperson Lark-Marie Anton said on FOX. He told News Digital.

“Why are we doing this? Because we believe America’s future is determined locally, one race at a time. “Our public service as a publisher is to provide our readers with the important facts and reliable information they need to make informed decisions,” the spokesperson added.
