USA Basketball’s pre-Olympic events continue with the second and final game in Abu Dhabi, this time giving the U.S. an early look at one of its Olympic group stage opponents.
The U.S. will host Serbia on Wednesday to warm up for their Olympic group matchup. The two teams are in Group C at the 2024 Paris Games and will meet again in a week and a half, in their first group match.
The U.S. team is fresh off a narrow 98-92 win over Australia on Monday. They looked like they would win by a large margin early on, but it was a close game down the stretch as Australia continued to force turnovers and miss shots. Anthony Davis led the U.S. with 17 points.
Here’s everything you need to know about the exhibition game between the U.S. national team and Nikola Jokic’s Serbia.
