Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA) leader Prakash Ambedkar on Saturday suggested that the Congress should join hands with the party for the Maharashtra assembly elections scheduled for later this year.
“Maharashtra assembly elections will be held in September-October this year. VBA and Congress can contest jointly. Let’s not get angry with each other and help VBA,” Ambedkar said. Ta.
The statement came days after the VBA president claimed that Congress was pressuring the party’s candidates to withdraw from the ongoing parliamentary elections.
