There were two pilots on board the plane, who underwent medical tests after landing, Uralor said in a statement. No injuries were reported.
The runway where the plane landed was temporarily closed to all flights as multiple government agencies converged on the scene. A video shared by the minister shows crew and staff gathered around the aircraft, while a fire engine and an ambulance are parked beside it.
Uralor said an investigation into the accident was underway, but did not elaborate further on why the landing gear failed.

The cargo plane involved in the crash is nearly 10 years old and was delivered to FedEx in 2014, a Boeing spokesperson said. Meanwhile, FedEx said in a statement to USA TODAY that FedEx Express Flight 6268 was flying from Paris to Istanbul when it encountered a problem upon landing.
FedEx said there were “no reports of injuries to the crew.” “We are coordinating with law enforcement authorities and will provide additional information as it becomes available,” he said.
The Boeing incident has been in the news in recent months after a series of high-profile incidents, but aviation experts insist there is no need to worry about flying.
