circleThe 48th edition of the continent’s premier national football tournament, Copa America 2024, is soon to be held, marking a historic occasion.
This will be the second time in history that the tournament will be co-hosted by the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) and the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Football Association (CONCACAF).
The tournament will feature 16 teams, including the usual 10 CONMEBOL teams and six CONCACAF representatives, including host nation United States.
The tournament will serve as a prelude to the 2026 World Cup, which will be hosted by Mexico, the United States and Canada.

The tournament will kick off on Thursday, June 20 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, the famous home of the NFL’s Falcons.
