“A hot rat boyfriend. Or a sexy rat man. They’re the same thing,” Hager explains. “If someone comes up to you and says, ‘Hey, sexy rat man,’ they’re calling you a hot rat boyfriend.”

This is all The ChallengersBig-eared stars Josh O’Connor and Mike Feist have sparked numerous memes with their rat-like sexiness, with O’Connor being likened to a wealthy, suave, street-stalking Roddy St. James. Carried away And Feist to Stuart Little, the convertible-driving, sweaty, loveable rat.
Using this as a hint Vaguely Article about the Mouse Boyfriend “phenomenon” (The Challengers (The movie isn’t that big, and the attraction is pretty niche, but it’s accurate), Hoda and Jenna list the traits of a modest man today.

Basically, they’re twinks who are unconventionally handsome, don’t exude vibes of toxic masculinity, and aren’t afraid to get weirdly romantic in public with their partners — think Kieran Culkin in any situation. See also Jeremy Allen White, Jerrod Carmichael, and John Mulaney.
Hoda and Jenna made it clear that just because “people say O’Connor and Feist look like cartoon rats,” it doesn’t necessarily mean they agree.
“This is not an indictment of them; quite the opposite,” Kotb said.
“You’d want to date Stuart Little,” Hager adds, presumably seriously. Kotb agrees, “Yeah.” immediately She rested her tired head in her hands and regretted it.

“Stuart Little is actually pretty attractive,” Hager continues. “Right?”
“I’d never thought about it like that, but it’s cool,” Kotb replied, covering his face with his hands.
Then again, Stuart Little had a car. A really nice car. And mice can wear clothes, and he came from a good, loving family. That alone gives him a slightly more endearing edge over most boyfriends.
