21 police officers transferred from Navi Mumbai in major reshuffle across the state

In the backdrop of the upcoming Maharashtra Legislative Assembly elections in 2024, the Election Commission of India has issued guidelines and directives to make eligible candidates eligible for transfer from four police commissions – Mumbai City, Navi Mumbai and Mira Bhayandar. This led to the transfer of a total of 263 inspectors. , Vasai Bilal. Of these, 21 inspectors from Navi Mumbai have been transferred to Mumbai city and one inspector has been transferred to police training center in Akola. Similarly, 22 inspectors from Mumbai city have been transferred to Navi Mumbai Police. The transferred inspectors have been instructed to immediately report to their new locations and resume their duties.

As the Assembly elections approach, the State Police Commissioner has facilitated these transfers in accordance with guidelines and instructions from the Election Commission. Specifically, the following 21 inspectors from Navi Mumbai Police have been transferred to Mumbai City: Shrikant Dhane, Ajay Kamble, Avinash Kardate, Tanaji Bhagat, Pramod Tradmala, Sudhakar Dhan, Manik Nalawade, Ramesh Jadhav, Anil Patil, Sunil Kadam, Giridhar Gore, Chandrakant Lange, Anjum Bhagwan, Devendra Pol, Vaishali Galande, Sanjay Nare, Mahesh Patil, Sanjay Joshi, Sanjay – Chavan, Jagdish Shelkar, Sunil Shinde. Further, Prakash Sapkare was transferred to Akola Police Training Center.

As a result of these transfers from Navi Mumbai, vacancies were created in the Navi Mumbai Police, which were filled by transferring 22 inspectors from the Mumbai city. These include Manohar Pagar, Sanjay Pardeshi, Abhijit Abhan, Satish Chavkwar, Sagar Nikam, Pankaj Ghazi, Shyam Bansode, Mohini Lokhande, Shivaji Bandwarkar, Sharad Jadhav, Mahesh Mandve, Narendra… Dhanbare, Sachin Pardeshi, Shital Patil, Sanjay Lad, Anand Kumble, Kalpana Jadhav Batase, Jahagir Mulrani, Ayaz Patel, Shekhar Patel, Sandeep Vedpathak, Ganesh Jadhav.
