The Miss USA pageant is expanding its relationship with The CW, signing a three-year agreement to add Miss Teen USA to its membership. The network announced Thursday that the 73rd Miss USA Pageant will air live on The CW on Sunday, August 4th at 8pm ET, and Miss Teen USA will also air on Thursday, August 1st at 8pm ET. announced.
This will be the second consecutive year that Miss USA will be broadcast on The CW. Last year’s telecast was the pageant’s first broadcast since 2019, and Miss Teen USA was streamed on the same day on The CW’s app and website.
According to The CW, last year’s Miss USA broadcast “ranked the network’s No. 1 new special of the year and featured the strongest Miss USA performance on television in three years.” Viewership peaked when Utah’s Noelia Vogt was crowned Miss USA, with total viewers exceeding her 1.1 million viewers.

Miss USA returns with new rules that allow any adult woman to compete in Miss USA, regardless of age, marital status, or parental status.
Both contests will be held in Los Angeles, with organizers, judges and venues to be announced at a later date. The 73rd Miss USA will be executive produced by Renato Basil. Leila Rose is president and CEO of Miss USA/Miss Teen USA, and Megan Micale is chief operating officer.
