Lung cancer survivors who have reached the five-year milestone are celebrating, embodying hope for patients with the disease. There are also efforts underway to improve testing of cancer therapies and collaborate globally to answer questions about lung cancer treatment. Additionally, an individual has been recognized for their contributions to cancer research with a lifetime achievement award.
