These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NabkaNews (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NabkaNews is a news aggregator that displays headlines, snippets, thumbnails, and AI-generated summaries, and links users to third-party publishers for the full stories. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• scrape, harvest, republish, or systematically copy content from the Service in a manner that infringes third-party rights or overloads our infrastructure;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; or
• misrepresent AI-generated summaries as verified, first-party reporting.

3. Intellectual property

The NabkaNews name, logo, layout, and original site design are ours. Headlines, article text, images, and trademarks displayed from third-party publishers remain the property of those publishers and are shown for the purpose of news discovery and attribution. AI-generated summaries are original text produced by the Service.

4. AI-generated content

Summaries and briefings are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided “as is,” for general information only, and must be verified against the original source. See our Disclaimer for details.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NabkaNews and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content.

7. Third-party links

The Service links to third-party websites over which we have no control. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NabkaNews and its operators from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
