Mahershala Ali is joining the cast of hbo's crime drama "task" for its second season, alongside mark ruffalo. The season is also expected to feature julianne nicholson reprising her emmy-winning role from "mare of easttown", suggesting a crossover between the two shows. The season will have an all-women directing team.
