A wearable device, referred to as 'Revoice', has been developed to help stroke patients regain their ability to speak. The device, which may be associated with the University of Cambridge, shows promise in restoring speech for patients with speech impairments. Reports suggest that the device has been successful in giving stroke patients their voice back, although its effectiveness for specific conditions, such as dysarthria, is also being explored.
