An off-duty NYPD officer, who was a father of two, was killed in a shooting at 345 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The officer was one of four people shot and killed, and the gunman is also dead. Reports indicate the officer's family has since grown, with his widow giving birth to a third child.
