CoStar and Tourism Economics have downgraded their forecast for the US hotel industry. The downgrade applies to at least 2025, and some reports also indicate a downgrade for 2026, although there is some uncertainty about the latter year. The revised forecast suggests a decline in revenue per available room, or RevPAR, in 2025.
