Efforts are being made to confront anti-black racism in various communities and institutions. This includes initiatives at universities such as Michigan State, Brown, and Toronto Metropolitan, as well as within certain ethnic groups, including latino, south asian, and asian-american communities. The scope and nature of these efforts suggest a broader recognition of the need to address anti-black racism in different contexts.
