Cancer figures in Norway have been reported, with various studies and initiatives underway to understand and address the issue. Research on cancer in Norway includes a nationwide registry study and a focus on noncommunicable disease comorbidities, as well as the impact of colonoscopy screening on colorectal cancer risks. Additionally, new developments such as a chemotherapy database and a new medicine from a Norwegian university spin-off aim to improve cancer treatment outcomes.
