China is receiving unique Eeveelution Pokémon cards, which are part of a special release. The cards are reportedly part of either the "Terastal Grand Gathering" set or the "Gem Pack 2", and include an exclusive Sylveon ex. The release appears to be related to a Pokémon celebration, possibly the 30th anniversary.
