China's Tianwen-2 spacecraft has sent back the first close-up image of an object considered by some to be earth's quasi-moon, with some outlets identifying it as asteroid 2016HO3 or Kamo'oalewa. The spacecraft is reported to have reached the object and may be preparing to grab a sample. The object is also referred to as a "minimoon", with the exact nature and designation of the object not consistently reported across outlets.
