A driver who killed a teenager, Chloe Hayman, while under the influence of drink and drugs has had their prison sentence increased. The victim's mother had expressed dissatisfaction with the original sentence, describing it as "an insult", and had hoped for a longer sentence to serve as a deterrent. The increased sentence follows an appeal, with the outcome reportedly being a longer prison term for the killer driver, Keilan Roberts.
