The city of West Hollywood is hosting a screening of the film Shepherd: The Story of a Jewish Dog, followed by a conversation with its writer and director. This event is being held in recognition of International Holocaust Day of Remembrance, also known as Yom HaShoah. The city is also commemorating Yom HaShoah with a separate event to remember the victims of the Holocaust.
